Fees

Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy 
Attachment Informed EMDR and Parts Resource Therapy (advanced Ego State Parts work), Transpersonal Therapy:

• 90 minute sessions $340.00 inc GST
• extended intensive – 120 minute sessions $455.00 inc GST (therapist discretion for invitation, allows for longer processing time)

Relationship Counselling (Attachment Integrated Couple-EMDR; (Affair and Betrayal Counselling); Relational Life Therapy and Gottman Relationship Therapy Model):

• 90 minute sessions $340.00 inc GST
• extended intensive – 120 minute sessions $455.00 inc GST (therapist discretion for invitation, allows for longer processing time)
• Gottman Check-up $100.00 including assessment and take-home resources

Relationship Retreat Counselling Intensive (3 day immersion):

• Gottman Relationship Check-Up Assessment, Attachment Origins Questionnaire and Relational Philosophy an initial couple session + an individual session each (fee separate to Relationship Retreat 3 day intensive price) to be completed around four weeks prior to Relationship Retreat session.
• Delicious morning tea cakes from local cafe
• Relational Origins EMDR; Parts Clinical Resource Therapy, + Gottman Therapy tailored program
• Relationship Retreat Intensive Sessions: Held over three days $5400.00 inc GST (non-refundable deposit payment of $2700.00 required to hold your dates. Weekend Retreat $5800.00 inc GST. All travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the client)

Attachment-Informed EMDR for Individuals + Relationship and Couple Counselling (Attachment-Informed EMDR – relationship focus – with ‘The Self’ and or others):

• 90 minute sessions $340.00 inc GST

Group Supervision (2-3 participants min) $180.00 per person – 90 mins 

Payment policy

• Changes to sessions including extenuating circumstances, rescheduling requests and cancellations incur $110.00 admin fee for staff to manage changes
• Payment is due prior to (if telehealth/ online) or on the day of therapy (face to face) via the medical software system Halaxy. All payments are online, click link for details;

• Payment plans available for Relationship Intensive three day immersives
• All payments (excluding first session which is prepaid) are actioned via Halaxy on the day of service.
• In the event of one partner unable to attend a session, the other partner is expected to attend for continuity of the Relationship work.
• Online sessions require upfront payment, prior to the session starting.
• ‘Individual relationship therapy’ sessions are provided as part of relationship counselling process (as designed in Gottman Relationship Therapy), and this enhances the couple work. This session maintains the couple focus and is “relationship work”.
• extended intensive – therapist discretion for invitation for these scheduled sessions, allows for longer processing time

Cancellations, late notice, no show policies

We do ask that you please provide as much notice as possible as fees will be incurred. In the case of illness therapy can go ahead via online in lieu of face to face session

Individual, couple and Attachment Informed EMDR cancellation policy:

• Please give as much notice as possible, minimum 48 business hours is required for cancellations/ rescheduling depending on availability.
• In the event of one partner unable to attend a session, the other partner is expected to attend for continuity of the Relationship work, this can be face to face or telehealth
• All session fees and payable items assessment items are non-refundable.
• $100 admin fee is applicable to all sessions for administrative and supports processes, this is part of service fee on all sessions and is non-refundable at discretion of other fees.  If extenuating circumstances arise, it is minus $100 admin fee, and is non-refundable 
• Initial scheduled sessions are automatically cancelled by the system if intake is not completed within 48 hours of issue, to avoid the back and forth for intake completion there is no further correspondence (this effects first sessions, relationship retreats that require half payment upfront, virtual/ telehealth zoom sessions and intensive sessions). If this occurs and more time is required please let us know via text/ email as soon as you can to rectify. 
• Relationship Intensive Immersion 3 day therapy Model Cancellation policy – all payments are Non-refundable (including Intensive sessions)
•  All payments are via Halaxy, the first session is prepaid, non-refundable, actioned upon intake.  
• As sessions are reserved for your work, please give as much notification as possible to avoid the short notice cancellation fee as this allows us time to fill the time with awaiting clients.

• In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances therapist may switch scheduled session to zoom in lieu of face to face; only if absolutely necessary.
• Therapist may discontinue service if deemed inappropriate and in the best interest of the client and the service
