Fees

Individual therapy 
Attachment Informed EMDR and Resource Therapy (advanced Ego State Parts work), Transpersonal Art Therapy:

• 85 minute sessions $297

Couples Therapy (AI-EMDR and/ or Gottman Relationship Therapy Model):

• 85 minute sessions $297
• Gottman Check-up $100 including assessment and take-home resources

Relationship Retreat Therapy:

• Gottman Relationship Check-Up Assessment, an initial couple session + an individual session each (fee separate to Relationship Retreat 3 day intensive price) to be completed around four weeks prior to Relationship Retreat session.
• Delicious morning tea cakes from local cafe
• Clinical Resource Therapy, EMDR + Gottman Therapy tailored program
• Relationship Retreat Intensive Sessions: Held over three days $5400.00 inc GST (non-refundable deposit payment of $2700.00 required to hold your dates. Weekend Retreat $5800.00 inc GST. All travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the client)

Attachment-Informed EMDR for Individuals + Relationship Attachment-Informed EMDR (relationship focus – with yourself or others):

• 85 minute sessions $297

Payment policy

• Payment is due prior to (if telehealth/ online) or on the day of therapy (face to face).
• Payment plans available for Relationship Retreat Therapy
• Payment is due prior to or on the day of the therapy session
• Online sessions require upfront payment
• ‘Individual relationship therapy’ sessions are provided as part of my process (as designed in Gottman Relationship Therapy), and this enhances the couple work. This session maintains the couple focus and is “relationship work” and is charged as such.

Cancellations, late notice, no show policies

We do ask that you please provide as much notice as possible as fees will be incurred. In the case of illness therapy can go ahead via online in lieu of face to face session

Individual, couple and Attachment Informed EMDR cancellation policy:

• For cancellation 48 business hours or more no charge
• For late notice 24 – 48 business hours notice 50% of session fee.
• No show or 24 hours business notice incurs 100% full payment of session fee
• Invoiced scheduled sessions are automatically cancelled by the system if invoice has not been paid with 24 hours of issue, there is no further correspondence (this effects first sessions, relationship retreats that require half payment upfront, zoom sessions and intensive sessions). If this occurs and more time is required please reach out via text/ email as soon as you can to rectify. 

 Relationship Retreat Marathon Cancellation policy – Non-refundable deposit
 $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book your first session, this comes off the fee of the session. If the first session is rescheduled by the client outside of the 48 hour notice period the deposit must be used within 4 weeks of initial session or it is forfeited. 

• In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances therapist may switch scheduled session to zoom in lieu of face to face; only if absolutely necessary.
• Therapist may discontinue service if deemed inappropriate for this service.
